35mm & Super8

While my digital style nods largely to film, there is truly no replacement for the look and feel of true film photography!

Before buying my first digital camera, I spent years shooting on the various film cameras my dad owned and these days I love to mix the two together to create depth and nostalgia in the stories I get to capture.

Adding film to your day is a fun and creative way to see your day through a different lens. It causes us to slow down, pause, and appreciate the moment. It forces us away from the instant gratification we have learned to need, showing us that patience and the process are truly the best way to preserve a memory.

On your wedding day we’ll come equipped with our film cameras and a variety of film stock that is hand curated for both the setting and the vibe of your day!

After your big day the film is developed in a professional lab and scanned at high resolution.

The package includes two rolls of film (72 total frames) and you can add on more!

$500 for two rolls, and $150/roll for each additional

Super 8 was first introduced by Kodak in 1965, Super 8 brought home movies to life on motion picture film. Decades later, it still offers a beautiful way to preserve memories and indulge in nostalgia.

Adding Super 8 to your day brings us back to the nostalgia of the home wedding movie. The days when you’d crowd around the tv to watch the shaky footage that your uncle captured, the first kiss, the dancing, and 3 minutes of the floor because someone forgot to turn the camera off. Super 8 takes all of those feelings, plus the expertise and experience of our filmmakers and gives you a polished version of your wedding day captured through intentional clips and curated moments.

After your big day the film is developed in a professional lab and then edited together by our team.

The package covers enough film to create a 3-5 minute highlight video.

*please note, super8 does not have sound capture, so your video will come with hand selected music instead of audio!

Add-on cost is $650
